Raat Baaki Baat Baaki

This man has some 'Chemical Locha' when it comes to films and film-making. He made his first short film at the age of 15 with super hero toys and has never looked back since. He is the most driven of the lot with an enormous amount of love and passion for visual storytelling. He's the 'Ten Headed Raavan' (A term coined by Sarfraz Bhai, our Cinematographer) that keeps us buffaloes on our toes and running. If you meet him outside of work, you might think he's fresh out of school. But catch him at work and he transforms into our in-house Kabir Khan (chak-de) of our team Wild Buffaloes. Divyansh has several short films under his belt and has worked with among the biggest names in the hindi film industry including Raj Kumar Santoshi, Amitabh Bachchan, Jackie Shroff, Satish Kaushik, Anupam Kher among many more. What sets him apart the most is his drive to celebrate the human stories as much as the dramatic ones. He is one of those directors who brings the heart into every project. He is, hands down, 'THE' Bhainsa at Wild Buffaloes Entertainment.

Flipside: He doesn't get tired and he doesn't back off. So doesn't matter whether you are with or against him. He's gonna kill you with work anyway!

These are the two miraculous women because of whom, we do not go bankrupt after every project's afterparty. They hold the whips of power over all the behense. Cracking blow after blow, sending us running in the right directions. They are the chief motivators, the spine of our company's spiritual body. Arushi was a theatre actor in her early days with legends like Anupam Kher and was even offered a lead role back in the day, by none other than Yash Chopra. As and when she can, WILL give you life advice and without fail, will support the underdogs. Chesta is our inhouse Fashion Designer and Stylist. She has worked with among the most reputed names in the fashion industry, including Manish Malhotra, Neema Lulla and fashion brands like Naari. She currently runs her own brand of clothing, 'Chesta Pandit'.

Flipside: Chesta WILL finish all your chocolate and Arushi WILL put you on a diet.

Shubhankar is WBE's answer to Sadashiv Amrapurkar's famous question, 'Qurbaani dega kaun?' Being the eldest among the youngest of the lot and multi-talented (editor, producer, AD), he is always running around and doing basically everything. He shuttles between bouncy to grounded to focussed to absolutely dazed but still getting things done. He's a vibrant core member of our family. (If he gives you the slightest bit of trouble, TICKLE HIM!)

Flipside: He's a brilliant choreographer and gets creepily possessed by the spirit of Govinda from the orange pants era at the most random times!

Sheetal is essentially WBE's Kalamwali Bai. A lover of world cinema, she cringes yet delivers the most commercial ideas, packaging them the Wild Buffaloes way. She's won the Icongo Karam Veer Puraskar for her short films and is a motivational speaker and Mental Health Awareness Advocate and LGBT Activist, having spoken at platforms like TedX, Kaagaz and Josh Talks.

Flipside: She is an empath and a shaman and probably at any given point of time, will start going on interrealityrealm trips, start talking about crystals and world peace and non violent communication and turn into your therapist and give you gyaan and make you cry.

Don't go for his coy smile and sheepish demeanor. This man has been the Associate DOP in films like the 'Race series', 'Phata Poster Nikhla Hero' etc. This man of few words is deceivingly resourceful and surprisingly street smart. He has a sharp eye for beauty and is nothing less than an artist when it comes to his work. He's our Superman at WBE.

Flipside: He might open a fridge and suddenly say, 'Bhai, ye frame kuch cluttered lag raha hai Koi baat nahi, ho jaayega', and then re-arrange your world so that the frame looks better!

In the beginning, when the elders of trance world decided to cook sambar in a bong, out of the fumes of frying kadi patta, rose our inhouse Jatadhari, Samaj ke liye Ghaatak, Bhushan. He is the youngest of the lot, pretty much always amazed about everything and is our in house punch bag / baal ki dukaan / chintamani. He's loyal, emo, and proudly takes everything personally. He's also the most hardworking man with the length of hair he has.

Flipside: He will burn you with his unexpected one liners which might make you their target when you least expect it.

Our soft-spoken, Sundar ji might come across as someone calm and composed, but put him at the machine and he turns into this maniac who works at break-neck speeds. His independence, on the majority of the work and an aesthetic sense comes from the fact that he is highly experienced; having been the Associate Editor for films like 'Baby', 'Satyagraha', 'Aarakshan' etc. His dedication and honesty definitely place him shoulder to shoulder with the most promising editors of the industry.

Flipside: He fantasies being able to edit real life!
